সংক্ষেপে: VoiceBill একটা অ্যাপ, তাই কিছু পাঠানো হয় না। টাকা দেওয়ার সঙ্গে সঙ্গে প্ল্যান চালু হয়ে যায়।
संक्षेप में: VoiceBill एक ऐप है, इसलिए कुछ भेजा नहीं जाता। पैसे देते ही प्लान चालू हो जाता है।
Nothing is shipped
VoiceBill is a software service (an Android app and website). We don't sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
How you receive the service
- The app: downloaded on your Android phone (the download link is on voicebill.in or shared by us on WhatsApp).
- Your plan: starts as soon as the payment succeeds, on every phone signed in with your Google account. This usually takes less than a minute.
- Receipt: Razorpay sends a payment receipt to the email or phone number you pay with.
If your plan doesn't start
If you have paid and the app still shows the free trial or an expired plan after 30 minutes, write to tirtho2787@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 83918 02787 with the payment date or Razorpay payment ID. We fix it within 1 working day, or refund the payment.
